Brew your own beer!
Right in the heart of the Swiss-Alpes you'll find a
microbrewery specialized in brewing courses. You brew
your own beer in groups from 4 to 10 persons on a modern
computerbased brewinginstallation with competent support.
It will take you one whole day.
You will taste several beers and
distinguish a good from a better beer. Drinking beer
makes you hungry! That's why we offer you some typical
specialities of the County of Glarus.
Braunwald is 90 minutes close from Zurich (airport
and main trainstation), located in the Eastern-Alpes
of Switzerland. Around the year the traffic-free village
offers you a choice of activities (www.braunwald.ch).
Combine your stay with a 3-days all-inclusive:
brewing course, 2 overnight-stays with a rich Swiss
breakfast and an organized excursion or baking your
own beerbread. "All-in" starts with Euro
180 per person. One day course: Euro 90 per person.
